1. このポリシーについて

Aww Inc.（以下「当社」）は、社内のクリエイティブチーム向けツール「MIRAI Content Creator」（以下「本アプリ」）を運営しています。本アプリは当社の Slack ワークスペースのメンバーだけが使う社内用のボットで、当社のバーチャルヒューマン「MIRAI」の投稿コンテンツの企画・制作に使います。一般には提供していません。

このポリシーは、本アプリが Pinterest API を通じて扱う情報について説明するものです。当社全体の個人情報の取り扱いは、個人情報保護方針に定めています。

2. 取得する情報

本アプリは、当社が連携した当社の Pinterest アカウントに対して、読み取り専用の権限（user_accounts:read、boards:read、boards:read_secret、pins:read、pins:read_secret）だけを使い、次の情報を取得します。

アカウント情報: ユーザー名、アカウント種別
ボードの情報: ID・名前・説明・ピン数・公開設定・所有者のユーザー名
ピンの情報: ID・タイトル・説明・代替テキスト・リンク先・所属ボード・作成日時・画像の URL
チームが選んだピン、および参考用に指定したボードのピンの画像
認証情報: Pinterest が発行するアクセストークンとリフレッシュトークン

本アプリがピンやボードを作成・編集・保存したり、Pinterest に投稿したりすることはありません。連携したアカウント以外の情報は取得しません。

3. 利用目的

チームが Slack 上で当社のボードやピンを見て、投稿の参考にするピンを選ぶため（各ピンには Pinterest へのリンクを表示します）
選ばれた画像の見た目（色味・光・質感・空気感、場所・ポーズ・服装）を AI（Anthropic 社の Claude）で文章にするため
その文章をもとに、AI の画像生成サービスで MIRAI の新しいオリジナルの画像を制作するため（ピンの画像を投稿・転載することはありません）

Pinterest から取得した情報を、AI・機械学習モデルの学習・追加学習・改良に使うことはありません。広告やターゲティングにも使いません。

4. 保存する情報と保存期間

チームが選んだピン、および参考用に指定したボードのピンについて、画像のコピー、ピンの ID・リンク・タイトル、画像から作った文章を、本アプリのサーバー（Microsoft Azure）に保存します。
参考用ボードのピンは、ボードからピンが外されるか、ボードの指定が解除されると、本アプリでの利用を停止します。
認証情報は、管理者だけが読めるファイルとしてサーバーに保存します。ログやチャットには出力しません。
連携の解除や削除の依頼があった場合は、保存している画像と関連情報を削除します。

5. 外部サービスへの送信

当社は Pinterest から取得した情報を販売しません。本アプリの機能を提供するために、次のサービスを利用します。

動画の生成サービスにはピンの画像を送りません（文章のみ）。各サービスでの扱いは、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーと利用規約に従います。

6. 安全管理

本アプリは当社の Slack ワークスペースのメンバーだけが使えます。サーバーにログインできるのは管理者だけで、認証情報は管理者だけが読めるファイルに保存しています。

7. 連携の解除と削除の依頼

Pinterest の設定で、連携しているアプリへのアクセス許可をいつでも取り消せます。保存されている画像や情報の削除は、下記の窓口に依頼できます。

1. About this policy

Aww Inc. ("we") operates "MIRAI Content Creator" (the "App"), an internal tool for our creative team. The App is a Slack bot used only by members of our company Slack workspace to plan and produce posts for "MIRAI", our virtual human. It is not offered to the public.

This policy explains what the App does with information it accesses through the Pinterest API. Our company-wide handling of personal information is set out in our Personal Information Protection Policy (Japanese).

2. Information we access

The App uses read-only permissions (user_accounts:read, boards:read, boards:read_secret, pins:read, pins:read_secret) on our own Pinterest account, which we connect. It accesses:

Account information: username and account type
Board information: ID, name, description, Pin count, privacy setting and owner's username
Pin information: ID, title, description, alt text, destination link, board, creation time and image URLs
Images of the Pins our team chooses, and of the Pins on the board we set as our reference board
Credentials: the access token and refresh token issued by Pinterest

The App never creates, edits or saves Pins or boards, and never posts to Pinterest. It does not access any account other than the one we connect.

3. How we use it

To let our team browse our boards and Pins in Slack and choose references (each Pin is shown with a link back to Pinterest)
To describe the look of the chosen images in words (colour, light, texture, atmosphere, setting, pose, outfit) using an AI model (Anthropic's Claude)
To create new, original images of MIRAI with AI image generation services, based on those descriptions. We do not repost or republish Pin images.

We do not use any information from Pinterest to train, fine-tune or otherwise improve any AI or machine-learning model, and we do not use it for advertising or targeting.

4. What we store and for how long

For the Pins our team chooses and the Pins on our reference board, we store a copy of the image, the Pin's ID, link and title, and the text description made from the image on the App's server (Microsoft Azure).
When a Pin is removed from the reference board, or the board is no longer set as the reference board, the App stops using it.
Credentials are stored on the server in a file only administrators can read. They are never written to logs or chat.
When the connection is removed or deletion is requested, we delete the stored images and related information.

5. Services we send data to

We do not sell information obtained from Pinterest. To provide the App's features, we use the following services:

Pin images are never sent to video generation services (text only). Each service handles data under its own privacy policy and terms.

6. Security

Only members of our Slack workspace can use the App. Only administrators can log in to the server, and credentials are kept in a file only administrators can read.

7. Disconnecting and deletion requests

You can revoke the App's access at any time in Pinterest's settings for connected apps. To have stored images and information deleted, contact us below.
